ELDA Realty was founded in 2010. Rina Camhi & Elias Camhi founded this firm stemming from our deep knowledge in property management and sales through our investors and personal investments. Having worked in property management since January 2004, that experience made us recognize the need to create and maintain long term relationships with owners and tenants, so both parties are satisfied and have their needs met. This served as the foundation for excellent customer service and an ongoing mission of ELDA Realty.
In addition to the many years of property management experience, we have served hundreds of clients across the world with their residential transactions. Our experience carries from the first time home buyer requiring that soft touch to help make the biggest purchase of their lives, to the major investors purchasing and selling properties to build wealth through real estate investments.
